1. Where are your products made?
All our designs are created in-house, blending modern style with Ghanaian heritage. Production is carefully managed in small batches to ensure quality and authenticity.

2. What materials do you use?
Our bags are made primarily from 100% cotton with sturdy jute trims for extra durability. Our artworks are available as original acrylic on canvas or as limited-edition signed prints.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.

4. How long does delivery take?

  • UK & Europe: allow 3–5 business days

  • Rest of the World: allow 5–10 business days

5. Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.

Yes. Some are original acrylic paintings by our artists, while others are available as limited-edition signed prints. Each product page specifies clearly.

7. What is the meaning behind the Adinkra symbols on the bags?
Adinkra symbols are traditional Ghanaian designs that carry deep wisdom and cultural significance. Each bag description explains the symbol and its meaning.

8. Do you collaborate with other brands?
Occasionally, yes. Look out for special projects under Citizen of Ghana x [Brand]. 10% of net profits from these collaborations are donated to support education projects in Ghana.

9. How do I care for my bag?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash, as this may damage the print and fabric.
